Scheduling and Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

4. Info Products

Our info products include downloadable guides, templates, and video series on bookkeeping best practices. Due to immediate access, all info products are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased items, please reach out via our contact form for support.

5. Goods

We may offer physical goods related to bookkeeping, such as printed manuals or starter kits. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
